For sale is a Glock G17 Gen 1 pistol chambered in 9mm. This is a Limited Release Lipsey’s Distributor Exclusive Glock Retro, a reproduction of the original Glock 17 Gen 1. This pistol features the original style grip with a less aggressive stippling. They have special and exclusive serial numbers that feature GEN1 suffix and come with a very nice magnetic closure over box with the original "Tupperware" style box inside. A Certificate of Authenticity is also included and a copy of the original 1986 US market ad is on the back. A captured recoil spring is still present in this pistol, like modern Glocks, as well as drop free magazines. These upgrades are different from real originals. Other things that are similar to the originals include a square style extractor, grip and stipple texture, and roll marking on the slide. A very nice blend of old and new.
